How long will it take to receive my order?

Every item is made to order just for you! Please allow 10–15 business days for us to make and prepare your order before it ships. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.


Why does my order take 10–15 business days to ship?

We create each item to order rather than keeping large amounts of inventory on hand. This allows us to offer high-quality, small-batch products while reducing waste. We appreciate your patience while we make your order!


What does "made to order" mean?

Made to order means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order. We don't pull products from a warehouse—they're printed & pressed just for your order.


When does the processing time start?

Our 10–15 business day processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.


Does the processing time include shipping?

No. The 10–15 business day processing time is the time it takes us to make and pack your order. Shipping time begins once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.


Why does my tracking say "Label Created" but it hasn't shipped yet?

As part of our order process, we often create your shipping label before your package is dropped off with the carrier. This helps us organize and process orders efficiently. If your tracking says "Label Created," it simply means your order is being prepared and is waiting to be shipped. Tracking will begin updating once the carrier receives your package.


Can I request my order sooner?

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. While we can't guarantee rush orders, we'll always do our best to accommodate when possible.


Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

Because we begin preparing orders quickly, changes or cancellations can't always be accommodated. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.


My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?

Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours after your package has been picked up/dropped off to the carrier. If there hasn't been an update after a few days, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to look into it.
