Free Shipping:
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 within Canada. This offer applies automatically at checkout.
Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your package’s progress.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: Typically arrives within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Delays:
- While we aim to get your orders delivered on time, shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, high demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we’ll do our best to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at wildandwantedco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order so we can assist you with a resolution.
Shipping Address:
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure your order is delivered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses.

Order Pickup Policy
At Wild & Wanted, we offer a convenient Order Pickup option for local customers who would like to pick up their items in person. Please read the following details about how our pickup process works:
Pickup Location:
- Orders can be picked up at 38 Braemore Street,Dundalk, Ontario during our regular business hours, which are 10-5pm.
- Please ensure you select the Order Pickup option at checkout if you’d like to pick up your order in-store.
Processing Time:
- Once your order is placed, please allow 4-7 business days for processing. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup Instructions:
- When your order is ready for pickup, you’ll receive an email notification with instructions.
- Your order will be placed in the wooden crate located inside the porch behind the glass door.
- Your order will be clearly labeled. Please ensure you double check the name on the pickup bag.
Same-Day Pickup:
- Same-day pickup is available on select orders, depending on availability. If you need an order to be ready quickly, please contact us ahead of time to confirm we can accommodate your request.
Pickup Deadline:
- Orders should be picked up within 5 days of being notified.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
- Once your order has been processed and is ready for pickup, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Pickup Hours and Holidays:
- Please note that pickup availability is subject to our business hours. We are closed on holidays and may have special hours during certain times of the year. Be sure to check our website for any updates on holiday schedules.

Lost Pickup Orders:
- If you forget to pick up your order or misplace your pickup details, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you retrieve it.
